Project Objectives
- Design a custom web site to your specifications. This includes: building an intuitive navigation system that will allow users to locate any section of the site with ease; creating a site with a design and layout that is not only aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for your purposes, but also fully functional.
- Create a site that serves as an online marketing tool to promote and foster growth and, therefore, revenue, for your entrepreneurial endeavors.
Website Design (Custom HTML)
The process begins with a telephone meeting so we can get as detailed an idea as possible of what you envision for your website. Your ideas are then transcribed and translated to the World Wide Web. You will be involved in every phase of the creative process to ensure your satisfaction. During the creation/development phase, you will be sent mock ups and/or links to your site, so you can visit often and recommend changes. We want you to be part of the collaborative process. Your site will be launched live after you approve the final product.
The following pages are provided for you to choose which ones you would like to have on your page website. Please note, these are only suggestions, as you can name your pages whatever you would like. You will need to indicate the names of your pages once you agree to proceed with purchasing our services.
Home Page
The home page will be used to sell the rest of the site, motivating visitors to become potential customers/clients, by inviting them to peruse the rest of the site, through enticing yet professional graphics, and concise yet compelling descriptions provided by you.
About Us Page
This page will host your bio and photos, and additional info about your company.
Services Page
This page will include info about services provided, and a shopping cart (must be purchased separately)
Contact Us Page
This will contain your contact form whereby visitors can contact you directly from the website without exposing your email address, while providing all the information you need for future correspondence.
Blog Page
This page will host all your blogs.
Development
Now that the website has been laid out it must now be developed. In other words, we have to make sure things work. We want to do all that we can on our end to make sure any media not only looks good, but functions as desired. We need to make sure that any ecommerce properly generates revenue.
SEO
This service includes basic on-page and off-page search engine optimization.
Link Building & Local SEO
Must be purchased separately
Hosting
Every website must have a company that actually gives it its web address and places it on the internet. We will host your website for free for the first year. After the first year, we will charge $39/yr for hosting. We will bill you prior to expiration to ensure no interruption in service. Should you decide to move your hosting to another provider, we will charge you a one-time fee of $75 to complete the transfer and provide the code for your future reference.
Website Content Writing & Proofreading
You are responsible for providing us with your own web content. We can write your website content, or proofread the content you write at a rate of $75/hr.
Photos
You are responsible for providing your own graphics and photos. We can suggest companies for you to purchase stock photos, or we can shop for your stock photos for an additional fee.
Additional Pages
We understand that you may want a large website, but can only afford a few pages at a time. As a result, you may add additional pages to your website on a pay-as-you-go basis for a reasonable price.
Website Maintenance
We can make edits to your existing website at a rate of $75/hr, or you may do so on your own.
Time for Completion
Estimated time for completion largely depends on the amount and timely submission of content provided. Time is considering any pictures which need formatting, any audio and videos needing editing, etc. Our normal turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, with your timely submissions of needed items.
Price
The price will depend on the amount of pages you choose to purchase for your website. We have basic pricing starting for 3 page websites. The estimate given assumes preformatted/edited materials given by client (e.g., pictures, audio, video, and text). Price subject to change if more work than originally stated in proposal is required and does not include cost of undetermined items nor does it include monthly maintenance fees if needed.

All Review/Analysis/Assessment services list directly above will be billed at a rate of $100 and includes and in-depth review and report. This fee also includes a download phone call (up to 30 minutes) after you receive the report so we can discuss the report and next steps.
